Something somewhat interesting about OORV Acquisition, other than being started on Feb 27 2017 and "merged" on March 3/13/17 (was it is really a subsidiary of ORRV?)...

anyway, other than the start date of OORV, is the fact that it states in the NV SOS that it was a WYOMING company...

but yet, searching the WY SOS.. NOPE... no OORV.... weird.
