Pretty sure I didn't imply anywhere in my post that this was "fluff" news/PR. I think I simply pointed out that while the deal may be done this Q, we may not hear about it until next Q....
You constantly reference things like "the Utica debacle" (with no reference as to what the actual debacle is/was) and to "read the toxic 10Q" (without referencing where the poison is)....
IMO, you have misrepresented what I have said.... perhaps you misrepresent other things as well.
I could be wrong, but I tend to believe the PR's I have seen thus far (dating back to last year) from this company. I have seen nothing that screams outlandish or unreasonable. When they set up the Twitter account I was skeptical because I thought they could use it to release news (that was misleading or false) without doing an official PR. I have seen none of this.
If this company is running a scam right now, they are not doing a very good job of it IMO. If this is a scam, shouldn't they be releasing a ton of "good news" every day in order to keep the investor base excited?
It seems to me that they are reporting news in a way that most companies do. They have released a strategic plan for the year. They have released updated projections, even pushing the anticipated purchase of 600 wells from Q1 to Q2 in their Mar 13th release (most would agree that was disappointing news).
Maybe I'm wrong, but you just seem like a bitter ex-lover....
