I do not know the answer to your question. The status of the preferred shares regarding ARNH is unknown for now. I would wait and see how they are going to address the issue.

I recall some conversation some years ago on the matter, but I think it is unsure until the company speaks to the resolution that will be determined. Considering the recent resolution of the legal matters, I'm guessing that they have some kind of a plan to positively move forward for all.
