Doog....you beat me to it. I agree. If Odidi wanted to move his platform ahead faster he would have diluted 20 million dollars 2 years years ago. at this point, he has total control of his spending and he has control of accepting any deal. If he really wants to move Podras ahead he just needs to sign a deal. If he's not happy with the deal, I feel he will stall Podras. Lets face it. if hes holding off signing because he feels hes being short changed on the value. say they offer him 15 million up front and he wants 30. why would he reject it and then dilute the company and his holdings 5 million more? he would just go back to the table and reduce his ask to 25 and he hasn't diluted his own stake and now they are closer.

Plus people forget what this man has been doing on a shoestring budget. So, while we all want to see that deal inked soon just so Rexista can proceed timely, I think as long as we see a good 1QE showing strong Focalin sales, should indicate we are going to see a great year for revenue which will cover costs. at which point we just have to let the Rexista deal play itself out and hope that He knows when to ink it.
