The company you refer to traded at a p/e ratio of more than 40 before the pps collapsed despite decining profits. Only idiots would therefore sell SIAF shares which are a lot chaper in p/e terms than that dairy companies. It would therefore make a lot more sense to expect the shareholders of that dairy company to sell their shares to buy shares in SIAF. Moreover, the fact that the shares of that dairy company traded at a p/e ratio of more than 40 looks extremely promising as far as Triway is concerned, since that profits of Triway can be expected to grow very fast indeed rathen than deline.
