Whatever the current SP is at the time of a buyout is meaningless honestly. Doesn't matter if it's 1 dollar or 10 dollars. The general (and I say that very loosely) equation for a buyout is roughly 3-4x revs (so 150 mill x 3 or 4 depending on negotiations) minus the debt (roughly 300 mill) divided by OS (9.5 mill roughly). So low side? 17 dollars PPS roughly, but I don't think Sedor settles for that.
