It is supposed to be.

But Tracy has proven to not be exactly honest.

Better to recognize hijacked shells are not legitimate investments.

McCusker would have been better served by going public fresh and clean if indeed he is running a legitimate company.

Maybe he still will. The shell is tainted junk and Tracy is not trustworthy.
