But 90% of traders don't understand what private money is or i refer to them as ANGLE INVESTORS. Let me say>>> 99% of the time that private investor is locked in 3-5 yrs depending on the deal. They wait for the company to grow and then there investment pays off very big.. The poor little guy trying to flip to make 100-500 dollars is waste imo. I wait for the big money. Patience pays off.

and remember this ceo is not doing toxic financing...he stated this right on twitter. also he eliminated 2.2 billion shares. the float will be around 700 million. try and find another marijuana company that is doing this and trades for this cheap..also this is a full reporting company.. ceo is doing a great job. here is ceo statement..: [[[Not one toxic public debt note is in this deal, we have raised $$ via private investors so far.
