Ah….I really hate to ask….but is it true that no material process has been made as to the October plan laid out by Dan and Otto in October, then? Is that what you are really saying when Dan cannot put out a PR to update the shareholders? No process has been made for the last 6 months and thus no public statement can be made by the company?

"You clearly don't understand that law. The company announces material information in PRs. Other information isn't material so not distributed the same."
