Maybe they are not concerned and are working on a blockbuster deal but no rumors and no insider buying.

I think the "no insider buying" comments have already been debunked, ad nauseam. Why, or better yet how, would there be rumors. Leaks come from large companies with large foot prints. This company only has 5 full-time employees that would be privy to inside information, and they're all execs - who's going to create the rumors? Their goal is to get this across the finish line without upsetting the apple cart, and not to keep posters on ihub happy. They have millions of shares themselves, so you don't think they're concerned about the sp?

This is a small penny stock on the otc with little visibility, so it's not on many people's radar. The sp reflects the volume, which is very low right now, and I suspect that's because those who want to buy it, already have. And those who want to sell it, already have. If there was a large volume of shares being traded, then I would agree that it reflects the overall perception of the company. Investors (not traders) are hunkered down and sitting tight waiting for news, and we will get it as soon as they have something to share. Saltz was told Anthony C has been a big plus and he is working around the clock. Do you think he would be working around the clock if things weren't going well? I don't think anyone on this board knows, and we can speculate to the cows come home, but it's not going to get us any closer to the truth. We'll know that as soon as they are ready to issue a PR.
