Brent gets it - I believe they expected full crop rotation by the end of June 2017 for Phase II --- and it seems HC is taking their sweet time for approvals (assuming from the arising pesticide issues)

To expect ~35% revenue increase next Q is crazy imo (hope I'm wrong), but I wonder how he came to that number? Maybe he sees something I don't.
