On the 692 Licenses under control of the BK Court. Does the BK Court simply hand them over to whoever or do they have a say and can implement some equitable solution. Keep in mind all these licenses were placed to the remand of the courts before the plan was ever confirmed. This plan was also never consummated. They may say it was but when 692 / 736 licenses haven't been part of your plan but were the key to your plan....I say not consummated.
