I know but if you look at their previous financials you'd see they say the same thing every time and produce nothing and yet they claim they are not a shell or ever have been a shell so what's the definition of a shell ??????????? If the company never produces or sales a product is that not a shell????? But maybe they did produce a product and sold maybe 1 or 2 and that lets them claim they are not a shell
