My guess is it is not him...

He was the one who fought to get the company back from the scam Bio fuel mgt guys. He found Plad, which was a non grower, then let them go and cleaned up (he was the only mgt for a time), and then sourced the current team. In my earlier communications with ir of the time his goal was first of all to find an ethical team, with growth prospects to restore the value from the RS of the time as well as future growth.

My guess is he would be a long term player and likely is restricted anyway.

My thoughts would go to the earlier previous mgt(s) and hand full of oldest holders....but should play out in time, hopefully soon.

I am heartened that the shares seem to be taken in, and imho to friendly hands.

In the end we need to see the next qtr, see revised share structure, and hopefully steps forward to keep float very tight and OS down, as well as some moves with product and sales.
