Notice the WELL ID. I was trying to find who has contract to drill it. Anybody have an idea on were to find a permit on this WELL ID? Is FORC & CYLC really in on it together?

Found this:
HAyTEr WELL
Force Energy Corp. also maintains a 50% working interest in County Line Energy Corp. in the Hayter Well (10D Hayter 10-8-40-1 W4M) located in Alberta, Canada. The well was spudded in January 2007 and drilled to a total depth. The well logs revealed a gas zone of 4 to 5 meters of thickness in a shallow zone and a heavy oil pay zone of 2 meters of thickness in the target Dina Sand zone. County Line Energy completed a $650,000 3D seismic program covering nine sections of land in pursuit of a potential multi-well heavy oil drilling opportunity. The geological model was based on interpretation from a previous well, which produced 16,000 barrels of heavy oil. The seismic program was designed to determine whether the structure found in this well existed to a larger extent on the subject property. The 3D seismic revealed an extremely large anomaly with similar characteristics. The nature of this large anomaly suggested that a multi-well drilling opportunity might exist.

Then this:

County Line Energy Corp. Reaches Total Depth and Runs Production Casing on the "County Line 10D Hayter 10-8-40-1" Wellsite Near Provost, Alberta
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - March 21, 2007) - County Line Energy Corp. (PINK SHEETS:CYLC)(FRANKFURT:G7Q) -

Harry Bygdnes, President of County Line Energy Corp. announces that County Line Energy (Canada) Inc., a 100% owned subsidiary of the company has successfully reached total depth and has elected to run production casing on the County Line 10D Hayter 10-8-40-1 well near Provost, Alberta.

Bygdnes reports that the company has maintained a "tight hole status" on the well since spudding and will continue to do so for a period of time while certain land acquisition and production purchase opportunities are reviewed.

The term "tight hole" refers to the company's election to keep all information from the drill site entirely confidential due to the competitive nature of the oil and gas business (i.e. no further information on the Hayter well and property will be released until the company has completed its review of the acquired data and evaluated the opportunities in the area).

The company previously selected the drilling site location based on data acquired from a 3D seismic program completed at a cost of $ 600,000. The seismic program revealed an extensive anomalous structure on the property. The County Line 10D Hayter 10-8-40-1 well is the first well to be drilled on this anomaly.
