And why didn't $CHIT stay current to begin with??

They were filing quarterly reports pretty consistently for a while I believe. They weren't good reports or anything in my opinion, but they were at least being filed.

Now all of a sudden, they stopped? Why?

What was so hard about continuing to file quarterly reports ontime?

Doesn't make sense to me to stop filing reports in my opinion.

Now I believe the company is no longer current. I wonder if there's more to that story..
