Correct. My guess is that this isn't the company selling new shares (because they didn't have all that many to sell without raising the A/S).

Rather, it has probably been the folks who got all of those conversion shares in the second half of last year. And Bland might have had some to sell as well.

Keep an eye on those A-1s, however. That's how the O/S goes from 500M to 2.5B.
