Increasing Overhead + UpDownSameRevenues = Cap Raise

Sooner rather than later.

No more than 3 months - sometime in June.

Cash Deficit @ $9mm Revenues?

If biz improves, they need to raise capital for payroll and working capital.

If biz stays flat, they'll need capital for overhead.

Either way, June or earlier is my guess.

Only real question is Magnitude and Pricing.
