Unfreaking believable.

The co. siad it numerous times that the split would more than likely happen at a rate of 40 or 60 to one. Those comments were made when the stock was trading around 6cents.

At this rate, it looks like they'll have a bit more than 21M shares outstanding. Add to that the "offering" of 15M dollars, that would be and approx addition of 3 M shares.

All in all , they would have around 24 Mil shares outstanding.
This will make it a fast moving price action stock, so, a big investor moving in could quickly drive the pps up..... conversly the opposite is also true.

I just hope that the company has some arrows left in its quiver, such as uplisting, RI coming on line, additional acquisition or we;re going to be in a rough ride. JMO
