Real simple and absurd question/thinking. Is this all politics / I mean if we sent a sample of lets say a grenade to 500 police depts. across the US and at least half thought they were better than most everyone elses, or at least the ones they were using, and assuming our pricing was competitive, would we get the orders ? or is there political nepotism and preferential vendors that are prohibiting us from getting these types of accounts/ sales? If so, that leaves us the private sector as the best bet, and what constitutes a private sector when it comes to weaponry, etc ? Maybe I should say independent, rather than private, which means in essence the much less regulated (if at all) foreign government type accounts. I know we used to hear about Dubai and such nations, and I was never thrilled that was our target, but lets face it. All we need is ONE GOOD sale (right Real?) to shoot the SP rocketing. Lets say 1/2 million, which sounds like a pipe dream considering what we have been selling, but to a country ? 1/2 million is chump change which leads me to ask - have we gotten such a serious inquiry and our turnaround time was way too long due to our capabilities which is why we never have pulled off such a deal ? And if so, and this applies to all markets now, private/independent/government - local, state. federal, foreign and domestic - is that still a problem ? we have no cash to purchase materials or ramp up manufacturing, so I worry that in the BEST case scenario which would be securing a huge order, could we fulfill it satisfactorily ??? Has that been a major underlying reason all along, our very limited capabilities yet excellent technology ? All just thinking out loud.
