So I confirmed that the debt is over and acquisitions are being worked on that will make this worth over .20 cents a share. They are getting a pr or 8-k ready stating debt holder is out and I think we all can agree on that after seeing it today.

82,112,000 outstanding. We will do 8k as soon as LG is done . Should be done this week. There will be less than 100 mil when done.

Are they going to be bought out cash?
If not ...when will those hit the market if they will?
