Question? What will shareholders do with their shares after hjoe goes BK, and moves all assets into the new happy jack company? That is if hjoe officers don't outright deem hjoe shares as worthless.

Many scams just start a different company, issue new shares and leave the old shares with the empty shell still trading and abandon the original shareholders to flap in the stock market wind until the old ticker gets revoked. But in hjoes case, it's already revoked, so when they announce the new stock of happy jack company, and they will, hjoe won't even tell old hjoe shareholders anything about what to do. Old shareholders will just be ignored, like they are now and hold private shares in a defunct company.
