Unless someone personally guarantees a loan, it is likely that REDG will need to issue more convertible debt or sell Z shares for cash.

Getting Bill Shatner or Bill Gates is useless unless they are willing to back loans to the company. I don't see anyone wanting to do that (with what we know about the company).

I doubt any convertible debt could be sold without a reverse split. Almost no one is buying now. Even after a reverse split, with the Z shares outstanding, it's unlikely there will be too many firms willing to buy convertible debt, also. They would be taking a chance that they would be able to convert and sell enough shares to get their money back (I'm thinking the share price will drop drastically post split).

For convertible debt to be a viable financing option, I think the board would have to reverse split their Z shares (and the rights associated with them). They need to take a bath like everyone else.

I don't know what the current convertible debt situation is currently, but, as of May 2016 (almost a year ago) the penalties were at $366,000.

I would think the company need over a million dollars to recover and get out of debt, with maybe a little left over to stay in business, assuming PowFolio is bring in some cash right now.

Assuming REDG still has 50% of Powfolio, I think it is the key to the company's future.

I do have my doubts about Powfolio. It doesn't seem to be doing anything right now. No one is chatting. I don't think new comics are still being added. And, certainly no marketing of it.

I have nothing against William Shatner leading the company. I think someone needs to come in, make a large equity investment (at least $1 million) and take control of the company

Edit
I really don't believe that Benny is looking for a new CEO, CFO, or anyone else. It's just him telling people what they want to hear.
