I guess you mean more profitable but yes there are large salaries. However the company earned $3.8Mil in 2015 or almost .025/share.

2016 Largely depends on Q4 like it has in recent years. Beating 2015's $3.8Mil might be a stretch but Q4 earnings between $2M-$3M is realistic.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2016 net income was $437,000 but lets see how Q4 comes in.
