PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, upon the accompanying memorandum of law and the
Affirmation of Yelena Konanova, dated March 22, 2017, together with the exhibits thereto;
Plaintiff U.S. Bank, N.A., as indenture trustee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding Trust 2006-
HE1, pursuant to the Part 60 Putback Case Management Order dated December 7, 2015, Section
III(E), permitting a request for review of a ruling by the Special Master within ten days of receipt
of that ruling, will move this Court at Room 130, 60 Centre Street, New York, New York, on
Monday, April 10, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, for an order
reversing the March 13, 2017, ruling of Special Master Katz denying Plaintiff’s motion to
compel Defendant GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. to produce loan files for 272 associated
first-lien loans, and such other relief as this Court deems just and proper.
