Some additional DD... www.flasr.com was last registered on 3/10/17, one day after the last tweet about a PR being drafted.

The registrant is listed as Company Name: Dalibor Bartulovic, with an address in Dubai. Email listed is shorty168@gmail.com

Same name and email are used to register these other websites (and date registered):

3 of these domains all redirect to seaofsavings.com, the rest all give errors. What FLASR has to do with any of these other websites is beyond me, but the same person/company has registered them all.
