My bad, I never met the Mitsako's from TX, only the former employee of the Carmichaels. I try and get my thoughts straight before posting, but it's hard to keep your head on straight as I look at UBIQ history. My father has been in for a long time, and I fell for the Carmichael sales close about 10 years ago. We were unable to get the rule 144 removed, always excuses, then finally we had the opportunity to get it removed and no brokerages would touch this stuff. Brenden Garrison seemed like a nice guy when we met, but his reputation has become tarnished with recent events. Sorry for the errant post!
