What if raising the A/S to 3 billion was just a scare tactic for MM's to load?



Raising the SS has nothing to do with MM's. This POS reverse split and lowered the SS about a year ago. They let it cool off and now they are on the dilution train and SS hike express again. Stebbins is all about scamming.
