I use TD Ameritrade they've done that to me on a few stocks that I wanted to buy and rejected my order. I had to call in once to get them to make the purchase.

I'm thinking this is a buying opportunity at these prices but I'm afraid to pull the trigger. No guts no glory Right? LOL
