Charting is useless for a serial diluting penny stock. Investors know this, but there are investors and toxic financiers that try to show such things to suggest otherwise.

It can't be oversold when most of the sells are sells of discounted toxic note conversions. These are not real investors. Their profit is guaranteed because they all sell immediately after converting at 50% or so of the share price.
