Shermann, two possible reasons in California 1. It is not, just a false flag leading to legislation that people don't need 2. It is being intentionally put in the water for coming legislation people don't want. 3. Lead in pipes. Most articles I just read about it try to give city water systems a clean slate and blame it on pipe connections from the water lines to the homes, i.e. it is the homeowners fault. But, it did not work that way in Flint. The article below states that Flint did not put in anti corrosive chemicals in the water coming from the Flint river. Most other cities do, 2nd link, Minneapolis/St. Paul "treats their water". My question on that is are anti corrosive chemicals good for the human body?
