Exactly....and the warrant holders often have insider information on the health of the company/deals. I would argue it speaks volumes that warrant holders are unloading hand over fist. The accum/dist line is diving south and has been for over three months now...along with the PPS accordingly and this is after the deal was announced. Truly a sad state of affairs here...and yet the board sits silent....this I would argue also speaks volumes. You have had a management team on board for well over 10 years that has resulted in nothing but negative returns for investors. One would think and even demand that a board remove such ineffective management, yet, Spana and crew still sit, paying themselves outlandish salaries and the market is/has taken notice..they are tired of paying Spana for ineffective execution and the PPS is proving this on a daily basis....WAKE UP BOARD>>>>>DO YOU JOB!
