Hmmm, I see you got no help here. Not surprised. I'm thinking it was a spam bot. Let's see if I can enlighten you a little and welcome to the MTVX board.

SS is out of control, approx 20 billion shares give or take. No one really knows because the idiot at the helm of APT refuses to file or communicate with his shareholders at all. His name is Troy Covey. Look him up, interesting career to say the least and not in a good way. Or just go to the Missouri Casenet website and check out the numerous lawsuits.

Most shareholders here have been in MTVX for a very long time and I'm guessing have lost plenty up until now if they sold. There is the P&D, IMO, every now and then that some may be able to salvage a little money but basically not much interest here at all. Most here invested in Covey's web of lies when FROZ became MTVX and were lied to about military contracts, GAS GAS ties, NASA, to da moons, etc. Most here invested in the future of the SmartCarb and Sonic Flow Engine. Those are long gone along with the only man that knows anything about them.

Now APT is left with Motopeds. It's an OK product but not great, IMO. Profits for each bike are very low according to Covey himself. He screwed his Chinese manufacturing partner, hence the latest lawsuit, so now all bikes are manufactured here and we know how expensive labor is in the US. The latest scheme are these Motoped Rental franchises kicking off. Who knows how far this will get and who will be pocketing the proceeds so that's all up in the air and not a "to da moon" as some would want you to believe but hey, it's something.

Filings and financials. You may want to read Coveys deposition. He basically admitted that the books are cooked and he cannot afford auditors to get them straight. Hell his own accountants sued him, smh. So don't expect any financials any time soon, IMO. Debt at the last filing was around $29 million. It's grown since and Covey doesn't believe in paying down debt, rent or overdue taxes. All of this is fact that can be verified.

All in all, MTVX may be worth throwing a few bucks in to later but not until Covey is gone, IMO. Of course, that may never happen.

You can check out the stickies but do take everything with a grain of salt and do your own DD. Two words why not to touch MTVX, Troy Covey.
