Excellent summary of what I have been saying too. You buy a company for the direction of travel not what it has done when they were dealing with a life/Death case in front of them. Looking at the SP charts when $10k-$20k volumes determine the closing prices is truly meaningless. There is a reason why this is trading at this stock exchange, with very limited info and investor appetite. Either you believe in the catalysts and you place your bet or you simply stay away. Harping on the same historical events when the company was in a highly distressed situation against an industry mogul does not make sense at all. Good luck.
