We must not forget that this isn't just a restaurant, they are a retail store as well... Their retail section could see its best sales at this location...

I wonder if they will include games with their catering? Have party games that one of the gaming gurus can walk everyone through, for extra $$$ of course.

How much revenue could their catering add?!

More seating, bigger retail area, corner property, bigger kitchen (full size), street side patio area (on a corner), catering, event planning... and maybe their own infused liquor line soon?! They already have a beer!

Is Interloc-Kings doing some or all of the work?
