Mark has extended the 2015 loan to 2018:

AMENDMENTS 1. Section 1.1(K) of the Credit Facility Agreement shall be deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following new Section 1.1(k): “Term” means a period commencing on the Effective Date and expiring June 16, 2018.

M.S. continues his financial commitment to the Company.

I imagine cleaning any possible distractions during the financial negotiations for the initial portion of the funds to build the mine, which I would think will be done in a several stages.
