After 4/20 it goes down, then the election in November it goes up...then back down. Then 2018 California begins recreational sales and licensing begins. That should be a huge catalyst and should get Citizen Toke rolling in California as well. Ups and downs. Higher highs and higher lows. C'mon, you know what's up.
