COWI has a massive amount of toxic death spiral convertibles issued. They convert into about 100 BILLION new shares. Those two 1-200 reverse splits in their past were both done since they issued their first toxic death spirals. And each was done when they maxed out their A/S. If they can find enough new buyers to buy those toxic shares, and if they convince FINRA to permit another reverse split, COWI will do it in a heartbeat.
