Not liking 13.6+ mil more in shares but in reference to the ability to pay them off with the 5 mil in proceeds that money may have stipulations on where it can be spent such as making sure that the FDA process with the injection get completed. I don't know for sure.

As for the current sell off, I thought I read that those were restricted shares. I could be wrong there as I just skimmed it quickly. IMO, someone bought in the .03 range and can still sell at a nice profit.

Anyone have an idea what the current AS numbers are these days? It certainly isn't getting any better but I'm guessing that the statement about a "buyout" in a recent interview seems to indicate that they may be setting the company up for such an event and these this 8K is part of the cleanup process.

It seems there are more questions than answers.
