The only error I made was thinking DECN's CEO was legit.

But if your point is that it's best to invest in Companies that tell the truth,audit their financials,are SEC compliant,have independent Directors,hold shareholder meetings,believe in transparency,are accountable,and seek shareholder returns vs their own enrichment........You may have a point.
