Alan sold 28,000 shares on nov.25 2016for 34 cents.
Did he need the money With the $200,000 salary? The company had received new money of 500,000 from MTIA in Nov. Which at thst time i would assume could pay his salary.

I have to wonder will he sell also his new shares. Without having any updates from Alan on the company it's anyone's guess if he sold any more shares which does not have to be filed at a later date.
