ECOS can't issue new shares or warrants without SEC approval. If they can't UN-delinquent themselves, the Lakeshore deal will likely have to be redone IMO. Today's release was a 10-K for 2014 with everything that supposedly has happened since under SUBSEQUENT EVENTS LOL.
