Its a major win for Worlds. "Once manufacturers are locked in, patent holders can bring multiple lawsuits over more than a decade collecting damages" that was Justice Breyer in his dissent. What it means for Worlds is about 50 of the nations largest MMORPG games cannot hide behind "laches" as a defense for not having to pay damages. This is instrumental for Worlds monetization efforts.
