Where on earth did you get the idea this was a legit company? Not only do they not have any assets, but they still owe $1,400,000 on convertible notes that they defaulted on in 2014 LOL. They have been a delinquent filer since the Fall of 2014.

What did you think a STOP SIGN on the OTCMarkets website meant?
