ICBU has recently seen two different group investors manipulate it's pps in order to spank and bank. This happens with quite a few known scams. This second one is larger dollars, so I suspect they are the ones out of Ohio... could be wrong, but that was the group that has moved more shares (and it was around 20 in the group a few years ago.) Now we see quite a few new names involved here, so be careful.
