One of our biggest competitors, Arotech, released earnings a week ago. A couple "highlights:"
2016 rev of 93m, below 96m of 2015.
2016 profit of -.06 per share compared to -.08 in 2015
4Q 2016 rev of 21m vs 27m in 2015
4Q 2016 profit of -.08 vs profit of .03 in 2015
Backlog lowered from 63m in 2015 to 55m in 2016

They blamed part of the lower revenue in a delay of simulation division orders at the end of 2016. They have vehicle simulations as well as personal training simulations, so it's hard to say which was the culprit. They have a market cap of 81m. So Virtra has a premium on mkt cap/revenue ratio but Arotech is a money loser. Their stock dropped 25% on the news.
