Starting, lol.....it has been and continues to be pathetic. Spana did this to the company/retail shareholders....he is now reaping what he sowed. Your assumption is that it goes higher....as you can see, it does not have to go anywhere and as of today, you are at all time lows, despite the not so recent deal here and the huge influx of cash. Current management and board destroy any and all value of the deal with toxic financing. This security has never been and continues to be NO PLACE FOR RETAIL INVESTORS. Spana sees the market and retails as an ends to a means....your money to line his wallet. Look at his/the companies performance over the last 10 years....it is truly the worst of the worst....only securities that do worse than this are on the OTC and I would argue, PTN is headed there soon enough...
