speaking for myself and IMSC investors I know (not the E.C. members) it's about sitting tight and waiting to see how things shake out while keeping an eye on information that comes from the court or as info appears on any and all fronts and sending anything I may find of use to Brown and Rudnick/E.C. for their perusal.
(An old example of this was Turmelle's letter to investors which as far as I know was not announced to investors but quietly published on the retired ImplantSciences.com site came up in a Google Alert.)

Otherwise i think there's not much to say until there is something to say... if you know what I mean. I post when I think I have something to help keep folks informed or possibly prevent them from what I think might be being leading astray from what is fact.

But rest assured there are plenty of folks still holding on until this comes to a resolution and many that share similar feelings that you have expressed toward those that are criminals being held accountable for their actions.
