No I did not demand.
I had no reason to demand anything. The teacher supplied me and everyone else with the known facts.
He wasn't just absent from class and tell us that if we wanted to learn something that we could call him.
He told us ALL the facts at the same time.

That is exactly how Dan should be doing things.
He isnt.
Instead you have to call to be lied to and allow him to say whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable in your losses.

That is not the way a legit company does things.
That's all there is to it.
