Yes, your analysis is correct. GDXJ sideways is what I am seeing as well.
Its in a cluster of ma confluence.

Best to identify buying opportunities (load zone) or wait until you make sense of the madness.
I prefer to let the gamblers play in this zone, while I wait for the real money moves.
